How to send an SMS from Benoue ?

To send an SMS , you have to reach the SMS sending page, enter the `s telephone number (the international format is preferred or you can choose from the country codes drop-down list ) and click the "Submit" button.

How do I obtain the code to credit my account ?

To obtain the code, just call your country`s corresponding number or send an SMS to your country`s corresponding address. You will find the numbers to call or send an SMS in order to get your code on the SMS sending page.

I`m trying to send an SMS but it is not working. Why ?

Please first check if your account`s credit is sufficient to send an SMS to the given destination. If this is the case and your problem continues, please send a description of the problem using the Contacts Form , and one of Benoue`s services will examine the case.

How do I send an SMS to many people ?

In the field "Tel No", enter all the numbers seperated with semi-columns(;) or commas(,). While sending the SMS, your account will be credited with the sum of all credits used to send the message to each individual in the list. Note, your SMS has to be in international format.

How do I modify my profile ?

To modify your profile, go the page "Personal Information" and there you can modify your information( password, email, telephone number etc).

Which networks are covered by Benoue ?

Benoue covers overs 580 telecom operators in more than 220 countries. You can view the list of all operators and countries here.

How long is a code valid ?

The codes are provided by foreign suppliers. The validity limit is thus variable, but rarely exceeds 24 hrs. You should thus think of crediting your account in the next 24 hrs after acquisition.

Quand I buy credits in bulk ?

Why does Benoue ask me my telephone number ?

Benoue sometimes wishes to promote its products and thus sends free codes to its subscribers by SMS. If you wish to receive such free promotional codes, we will need your telephone number.

How do I confirm my SMS has been sent ?

For each SMS sent, Benoue there is a delivery report which informs you if the SMS has been sent or not. If the sending process fails, we most often tell you why your SMS could not be sent( temporary unavailability of the site, insufficient credit, non valid telephone number etc.)

If I send some SMS tu a wrong number, will I be billed ?

Unfortunately, yes! When an SMS is sent, it is billed by the operator, irrespective of the recipient, and we thus debit it from your account. So please crosscheck the validity of your recipients`s numbers before sending an SMS.
